We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room had a nice view of the pier, and the hotel interior had a modern ambiance. The hotel is conveniently located close to public spaces like malls, making it very accessible. The guest lifts are secured through a key card system, ensuring the safety of the guest floors and rooms. The housekeeping staff did a great job in making up our room. The welcoming staff and front door staff were so helpful, making a real difference to our stay. The restaurant staff were in good spirits, and the dining experience was both convenient and delicious.

The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a great shower. The staff spoke good English and were always helpful. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The coffee served at breakfast was awesome.
