We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just a short walking distance to our seminar venue and other establishments. The staff were friendly and accommodating, except for one person at the check-in counter who seemed to lack empathy. The free breakfast provided was simple but delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable.

The bed was not changed and we experienced a few unfortunate encounters with small bedbugs.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was simple yet delicious. The staff, with the exception of one person at the front desk during check-in, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk personnel, in particular, were very attentive and resolved any issues promptly. The hotel also made upgrading my room a breeze, with no additional charges upon check-out.
