The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The service provided by the hotel was among the best we've experienced anywhere in the world. The rooms were amazing - very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bathrooms were state-of-the-art with high-quality amenities. The hotel also provided a well-equipped desk, a smart phone for guest use, and a help-yourself minibar.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway station and promenade. We were thrilled to try the authentic food prepared by Chef Kevin. nothing to complain about!

The location was perfect as it was close to the metro station and the pier to go to HK Island. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly baked goods.

We had the best hotel experience ever! From the courtesy pick-up at the airport to the room being ready for our early arrival, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our 10th anniversary special, surprising us with wine, roses, and a light display in the room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic lounge called "Above and Beyond" that had a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was attentive and took care of our needs before we even asked.
