The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms in perfect condition. The hotel facilities were great, including a convenient Starbucks in the lobby. The location on the Hong Kong island side was ideal, near the HK Ferry Terminal, closest subway station, and Macau Ferry station. Plus, the hotel offered beautiful views of the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its breathtaking harbour view from our room on the upper floor. The location is very convenient, with a free hotel shuttle to and from the MTR Hong Kong station, making transportation from the airport a breeze. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, speaking both Cantonese and English fluently. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, which met the high standards we expect from an IBIS hotel. the hotel's proximity to the tram stop and supermarket made it even more convenient for us. We also enjoyed the seemingly unlimited and reliable wifi provided.
Everything was fantastic.
We loved the bright and spacious rooms with a great layout and ample storage space. The attached bathroom was sizable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's general areas were well-lit, and the five elevators were fast. The internet corner with large screens was a bonus for using desktop keyboards. The staff was courteous and had good English skills. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation like the Ding Ding Tram and MTR train stations. There were also plenty of eateries and supermarkets nearby. We appreciated the availability of newspapers throughout the day.

The hotel's staff, both locals and foreigners, were excellent and very professional. They were courteous and efficient, from the reception staff to the housekeepers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well serviced. The service staff at the front desk and during breakfast were outstanding. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options like trams and the MTR, as well as being conveniently located near the ferry station and Starbucks.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my check-out time. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and shops selling Chinese dried seafood.
