We had an incredible experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the city. The bedsheets were luxurious and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and with easy access to transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, with a great bathroom and walk-in closet. The pool was excellent and the location was fantastic. We were impressed that everyone spoke English, which is rare in this country. The food was delicious, both the room service and the breakfast buffet. The service was impeccable, and the variety of food at breakfast was outstanding. The view from the breakfast buffet area was nice, with an artificial waterfall or fountain. We also enjoyed a cozy tea time, despite the occasional unpleasant smell from the restaurant. Compared to another 5-star hotel on the Bund, this hotel definitely wins in terms of service and overall experience. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing experience celebrating Thanksgiving in this city. The staff exceeded my expectations and provided a quality experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and cheerful. They were always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully decorated rooms and a stunning river view that was mind-blowing at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety of food options and the speedy service made for a delightful dining experience. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Lost Heaven restaurant was perfect for exploring the local cuisine.
