We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Nursultan. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with impressive use of electronics and automated room management. The breakfast provided by the independent café was extremely delicious and fresh. The staff, from the breakfast staff to the door man and luggage staff, were all attentive, helpful, and friendly.

The hotel's perfect central location in this city is ideal. We were pleasantly surprised by the numerous birthday surprises organized by Yekaterina, even on short notice. The independent café, Mökki, served delicious coffee with a wide selection of milk alternatives. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was exceptional.
