The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being close to shopping malls and a wide range of reasonably priced food options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with no signs or smell of cockroaches, and the staff made sure to keep the kettle and fridge in good condition. Additionally, the hotel offered a 24/7 check-in service, which was a pleasant surprise and possibly a life-saver for some guests. The friendly and accommodating elderly staff were always willing to help, as seen when they offered to charge my phone even after I had checked out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being near Orchard Road, 7-11, a bus stop, a food court. It was also close to the main attractions of the city. Moreover, the hotel was near Somerset MRT station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and refreshing shower with excellent water pressure and temperature. The location was perfect, right off Orchard Road, allowing us easy access to all the shopping and attractions in this city. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was conveniently located near Somerset MRT station and bus stops, making transportation a breeze.
