Good little hotel, the staff were all welcoming and competent and the location was prime close to the station. Delicious buffet breakfast with local meals. Room was functional and included central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. They provided very good service too.
I loved my compact room in this hotel.
Everything was great, very professional staff, top location not far from the Shibuya station and nice restaurants. They made my stay very positive. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Continental buffet breakfast with cheap processed cheese, corn flakes plus sausage was free. Don't forget to explore Shibuya Ward district.
We loved our real good stay here and would recommend this place. The staff were attentive and competent and comfortable reception. The room was functional and bright, plus the bed was very clean. Easy check-in and very good service.
