Customer-focused staff, stunning location, outstanding food. Room was beautiful & non-smoking. And I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to a shopping area and the markets in Kyoto.
Warm room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, first-rate service. And it also had lovely view. Plus, I went to see aeon mall kyoto nearby. The hotel met every demand, greatly enjoyed my fantastic stay, I would stay here again.
Staff was extremely helpful, rooms are luxury, and I thoroughly enjoyed incredible location. Perfect breakfast, terrific service. Fairly clean and lovely hotel in Kyoto district. Moreover, it was not far from metro and 3 malls.
