The staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room for free. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, especially for a family with kids. The hotel's proximity to Batu Cave was convenient and the assistance provided by Dwayne and the cleaner was greatly appreciated. The lobby left a good impression and the discreet lift access was a nice touch. Parking outside the hotel was hassle-free and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel's chill or rest area on the 6th floor was a great bonus.
No variety in breakfast, with nasi lemak served every day. No teh tarik at the Teh Tarik Place was ironic and disappointing.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and accommodating, especially Rina from room service who promptly replaced the bath towel upon my request. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful wooden tiled floor. The large TV was a perfect fit for the room, and I was pleased to find a conveniently located plug near the bed for easy charging. The bathroom was also spacious and impeccably clean. The highlight was the stunning view of the city skyline. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including an infinity pool and gym. The convenience of having a 7-11 on the ground level was an added bonus.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
Cleanliness: Our room was always clean and tidy during our stay. Hotel facilities: The swimming pool had an awesome view, and the gym looked nice. Location for Batu Caves: We could see the statue and colorful stairs of Batu Cave from our window. Transportation: We were able to go anywhere easily by "Grabcar.
