I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff paid attention to every detail and made me feel right at home. The executive director, Ari, always had a pleasant surprise for me, adding a magical touch to my experience. The room was fantastic, with plenty of space and every amenity I could think of. The bathroom was lovely and the views from the south-western side were absolutely stunning. Whether it was enjoying afternoon tea or grabbing a drink at the bar, the views were simply staggering. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and they even organized early-morning taxis for me.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The staff, especially the Bar Captain Peter, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. They not only provided excellent service at the bar, but also took an interest in my plans and offered helpful suggestions for exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located in the business district, with a stunning view of the Tokyo Bay and easy access to the beautiful Hamarikyu Gardens. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious.
